Sales Manager

Wavebreakmedia Ltd is a producer of stock footage, 3D animation and photos for the international stock media industry. Clients include world market leaders in the distributor of media content such as Getty Images, National Geographic and Corbis motion.

As our company is now expanding and progressing we are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Graduate/ Manager to join our successful and hard working team.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in channel sales management and online sales promotion preferably in the stock multimedia industry or the FMGC sector.

The Candidate should be proficient in the use of desktop publishing and graphics tools in order to create their own compelling marketing material and have a good understanding of the use of social media as a marketing medium. The candidate should have a track record in producing their own novel marketing concepts and ideas.

Requirements:
The candidate will be an experienced and qualified professional, preferably educated to Masters level, with a Degree in Business, and have some previous experience in sales management in the stock photo or stock video industry

Location:
It is envisaged that the Job location will be at our Head office in Cork, Ireland, however the home office work from another location may be considered for a candidate with expensive industry experience.   Fluent English and a valid work permit are also required.

The Person:
They should be highly motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative and to work as part of a team.  The candidate will report directly to the CEO of the company and will be required to be flexible in all tasks while meeting company targets. A person interested in this position needs to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently. In addition, he/she must have great communication skills.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Increasing sales of the companies stock photography and stock video through a network of international channel partners.
• Increasing brand awareness of the company with a range of international channel partners and their customers.
• Using new digital Media channels to promote the company a create a strong online Brand
• Working with the research team and channel partners to make concise plans for Photo and Video Shoots.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by CEO.
• The role will require some international travel.

Salary:
TBC depending on experience

Creative Video (Intern)

Wavebreakmedia Ltd is a producer of stock footage, 3D animation and photos for the international stock media industry. Clients include world market leaders in the distributor of media content such as Getty Images, National Geographic and Corbis motion.

As our company is now expanding we are offering an internship in our Creative Video Department.

Requirements:
Fluent English and a valid work permit are also required.

The Person:
The 3D Animator will have responsibility for ensuring that Wavebreak Medias content meets the standards required to sell and generate profits for the company through its international partners. The 3D Animator will liaise with the CEO and the creative team to generate high end compelling media content primarily for the international market. Skills required and programs used include After Effects, Studio Max (or Maya) and Final Cut Pro need apply.

A person interested in this position needs to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Working in the day to day operations of the business and driving it forward.
• Working with a team to create world class stock animations that sell internationally.
• Editing video content and colour correcting from the company’s stock footage productions.
• Working with Photos to select relevant photos from a shoot and quality checking the photos.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by CEO.

Admin Staff

Wavebreakmedia Ltd is a producer of stock footage, 3D animation and photos for the international stock media industry. Clients include world market leaders in the distributor of media content such as Getty Images, National Geographic and Corbis motion.

As our company is now expanding we are offering an internship in our Creative Video Department.

Requirements:
Fluent English and a valid work permit are also required.

The Person:
They should be highly motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative and to work as part of a team.  The candidate will report directly to the CEO of the company and will be required to be flexible in all tasks while meeting company targets.

A person interested in this position needs to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently. In addition, he/she must have great communication skills.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Working in the day to day operations of the business and driving it forward.
• Finding ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations.
• Working in the areas of research to make concise plans for both large and small scale Photo and Video Shoots.
• Submitting Media to online agencies, managing Mysql database, & keywording
• Management of admin tasks which may be delegated by the CEO.

Seeking both male and female models.
